HEADSHOTS - I run HeadShot Only Days about once per quarter.  I am available for custom headshot sessions for any size group--3 new headshots in under 10 minutes per person to get them back to work quickly.  Inquire for a quote.

Here's how this works!

  1. Reach out to me via my contact form, and we'll set up a time to chat all about your business and what your goals are.  When you're ready to get started, I'll send over your contract and invoice to get your booked!

  2. Here's where the planning starts!  I'll send you a questionnaire that will give me enough insight to start storyboarding your session.  This is a great time to share all those Pinterest photos you may have!  This way, you'll know exactly what to bring and we'll have a concrete plan for the session.

  3. The day of the session, you'll come with all your outfits and props, and we'll have a blast through your session!  A couple of weeks later, I'll deliver your finished photos via email!

  4. I won't leave you hanging with all these images and no idea what to do with them!  We will also chat about ideas for how to utilize your new photos to attract more attention to your business!

Quarterly Content Program
Need content updated frequently?  My quarterly content program is just that--instead of booking a session every time you need an update, join the program!  For an set monthly fee, you can opt in to my quarterly update days, where you'll get a 1 hour session to
update your content four times a year.

FAQ'S

​What kinds of photos will you take?

There is so much to brand photography, and a lot of what we'll shoot depends on your business.  The standards though, are going to be some (less than) basic headshots, lifestyle images of you doing your thing, vignettes, and some flat lays.  Basically, we'll talk about what message it is that you want to relay to your audience, and what images will illustrate that.

When will my session be?

I typically book out about a month in advance.  I typically shoot on Mondays and Wednesdays unless other arrangements have been made.  The time will depend a bit on your locations, but we usually do this during the middle of the day.

Is brand photography right for my business?

Every business can benefit from marketing materials they're proud of!  Having something to post not only saves time by having it right there and ready to be shared, but having cohesive marketing is a great way to attract more conversation with potential leads and more high-end opportunities,  Plus, you get to put a genuine face to your business, which is a great way to help people feel like they know and like you just that much more!

​​How and when will I get my photos?

I deliver galleries via secure online gallery 2-3 weeks after your session.  From there, you will be able to download your photos to any device!

How is the fee broken up?

30% is due at the time of booking to retain your place on my calendar and is non-refundable.  The remaining balance will be due 2 days prior to the session.  If you're a part of my Quarterly Content program, fees are auto-paid monthly.

Can I get more photos?

Yes!  Additional images are $20 each or $200 for the entire remaining gallery.  These purchases can be done right from the gallery website.

What if we have to reschedule?

Sometimes weather or emergencies get in the way.  Your retainer can be applied to any other date I have available as long as I have 48 hours notice.

Where will we take the photos?

Our locations will depend a lot on your business.  If you don't have a space, or don't want to use yours, we'll discuss AirBnB's, public spaces, studio spaces, etc. when we have our first phone call.
